    Mechanical tests on samples of foundation soils and rocks according to the UNI-CNR-ASTM-BS-DIN test procedures. 

    Cutting tests, triaxial UU-CU-CD, edometric and permeability tests, elastic modulus.

    Lithological recognition and classification.

    Geotechnical and geological consultancy.

    Geotechnical monitoring: pressure cells, vibrating wire deformometers, strain gauges, inclinometric and piezometric measurements.

Road test laboratory and bituminous conglomerates

Mix design of mixes in bituminous conglomerate according to the ANAS, CNR-UNI control procedures.
Research of materials for embankments and earthworks;
Land qualification tests: road classification, AASHO compaction, CBR;
In situ and pilot survey checks: density, lift on plate.
Quality checks on road pavement in the laboratory and by means of a mobile unit during the laying and after rolling (Marshall, Turning press, Skid tester, coring). 
In 2006 Geolab obtained the qualification of the road laboratory from ANAS and by virtue of
this recognition was able to participate in national tenders in the field of road and motorway infrastructure control. In 2016 Geolab was awarded two ANAS macrolots in ATI for quality control of materials and compliance of infrastructures (Basilicata, Puglia and Sardinia)
